James Shi, who is General Manager for the company, established Huizhou Cartee Electric&Machinery Co., Ltd in 2013, co-founding with a Senior Engineer, a Marketing Manager, and a Purchasing Coordinator. He used to work as Project Manager in one of the biggest factories for automotive aftermarket products located in mainland China. He is experienced and passionate for automotive aftermarket air suspension products, and enjoys a good reputation in the specialty-equipment market both in China and the U.S.. With almost 20 years experience, he is a Doctor Know-All in this niche market.
Our Factory
In 2019, our employees have been up from 9 to 30. Our location occupies 1,900 square meters. Our production capacity reaches 10,000 sets a month.
Our Product
We specialize air suspension compressors, sourcing air ride tanks, switches, gauges, relays, fittings, and wiring harness from a number of tier-two suppliers, customizing and assembling compressors and kits for customers. We have also provided the whole air management systems, consisting of solenoid valves, controllers, air struts, compressors, and tanks.

Our Service
1. Carteeair does not warrants this product to the end-user, only B2B buyers, covering a period of ONE YEAR from the actual date of goods arriving on the buyer's port.
2. It does not cover abuse, operation in a manner inconsistent with the product’s design, or damage resulting from exposure to the elements.
3. If the defect is considered “under warranty”, the buyer collects the defected goods over a period of time (at least 3 months) and send them free of charge to Carteeair.
