Description

Are you running out of filament on your Prusament spool and unsure if there's enough left for your next print? This video tip helps you check it quickly and easily.

It's important to ensure that you have enough filament for your next print, and making the most of every last meter can help reduce waste. By the way, explore useful designs for printing leftovers on Printables.com in the "Last Meters" contest - https://www.printables.com/contest/70-last-meters

Tips:
1. Estimate. the remaining filament using the inner meter of the Prusament spool*.

2. Check your Prusament length quickly with our online calculator - https://prusament.com/spool/sample/. Weigh your Prusament spool. Load it using the QR code or ID, or visit the website and select 'check spool.' Enter the measured weight (spool + filament), and the calculator will provide an almost exact length of the remaining filament based on the spool's weight and your filament's density.

3. Confirm the print weight and length in PrusaSlicer to ensure you have enough filament for your next print.

4. You can always scan the QR code or enter the spool ID at prusament.com to view all spool parameters.

*The spool's inner meter tip works for 1 kg Prusament spools.
