Got 15 minutes? Then you've got Grilled Hot Honey Carrots.
Ingredients:
1 Bag of washed carrots
1 - 2 TBSP Honey
1 - 2 TBSP Sriracha
1 TSP Red pepper flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cilantro or Parsley optional garnish
Method:
1. Preheat grill to 400°F.
2. Make sauce, mixing honey sriracha and red pepper flakes. Thin out sauce with water till desired consistency.
3. Coat carrots in sauce and wrap in aluminum foil and grill for 10 - 20 minutes.
4. Remove carrots when fork tender.
5. Garnish and serve.
