Our new favorite charcoal grill is the Hasty-Bake 357 PRO. It is just about the perfect charcoal grill/smoker combo. There is nothing you can't grill, bake, roast or smoke on a Hasty-Bake. We call them the Swiss Army Knife of charcoal cookers.

The core concepts of the design go back to 1948. Since then, Hasty Bake has refined and polished off the rough edges. The fit and finish are superb. Beautiful welds.
