Description

Today Luke checks out the ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming ITX TB3 motherboard. A board we simply didn't get time to review until recently. We have been that horrified with this board that we took extra time to go over the plethora of issues and quite honestly, we don't know where to start.

On paper this board looks pretty capable, but in reality , its little short of a disaster - and we explain why.
