Intel i9 11900k & i5 11600k Rocket Lake-S Review

Today is the launch of the newest Intel Rocket Lake-S processors and we've got both the i5 11600k and i9 11900k SKUs here and while one of them is great, the other, kinda sucks. How could Intel get something so right and the other so wrong?
