iPad Pro (2021) review: M1 power, but begging for new software

Apple's new iPad Pro borrows the M1 chip from it's new iMacs and Macbook Pros, and the has a mini-LED based on the pro XDR display. That's a lot of features to pack into a tablet, and it let's you use the iPad Pro for some serious work, especially when it comes to photos and videos. But All that hardware comes with a heck of a cost, as much as $2,500 with accessories, and all that hardware prowess feels hampered by iOS, which is still not a desktop-class operating system.
