Palit RTX 2070 SUPER GameRock Review - [Better Performance & Value???]

The NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super range of cards launched a few days ago, but today sees various offerings from their AIB partners. This means, at least on paper, better designs (subjective), better cooling and higher overclocks which means better performance. If you can get all of this for around the same price as a founders edition card which features slower clock speeds, then you'd be stupid not to go for this right? Lets take a look and find out if that really is the case.
