PrusaPrinters.org Developer Log 2 - Popularity by week/month, contest page and badges, new filters

Another set of updates to PrusaPrinters.org!
We're expanding the current sorting options with popularity in the last week and month.
We have a brand new page for our designer contests, badges for contest winners, and more intuitive buttons to submit your print into a competition.
And the filter system on the print market has been improved as well!
