Supreme Nachos
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 limes, juiced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 packet fajita seasoning
1 pound 80/20 ground beef
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
1 large bag corn tortilla chips
1 (16-ounce) package shredded fiesta blend cheese
1 (12-ounce) can pickled jalapeños
1 cup sour cream, transferred into a squirt bottle
2 avocados, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for the griddle
