Description

Another one that'll cost you less than takeout—and way less than delivery: Grilled Pork Chops with a garlic soy glaze and corn on the cob.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Time to make: 45 minutes
Special Equipment: Char-Boil Grill
Also works with: Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
2 Pork Chops
2 Ears of Corn
2 tbsp butter
Marinade:
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp worchester sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup lemon juice
How to make it
1.Add marinade ingredients to a shallow dish and add pork chops. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
2.Set grill to 350 degrees.
3.Remove pork chops from marinade and set marinade aside. We will use this for the sauce.
4.Place pork chops and corn on the grill. Cook pork chops to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, about 5 minutes on each side. 5.Remove corn and pork chops once fully cooked and let rest for 5 minutes.
6.Add marinade to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until it reduces by half, about 5 minutes. Be sure to still constantly.
7.Butter corn, slice pork chops and drizzle the garlic soy glaze over top and enjoy!
