Description

Have you tried grilled ribs before?
.
Here’s how @blackdog_bbq did it:

Ingredients:
• 1 rack spare-cut pork ribs
• ¼ C salt + ¼ C pepper mixed (sub with favorite rub if desired)
• ½ - 1 C BBQ Sauce of choice

Procedure:
1. Preheat grill to 300 degrees. Meanwhile, remove the membrane from the ribs if it has not been done already. Slice the ribs into individual pieces, then season liberally on all sides with salt & pepper mix.
2. Once the grill has preheated, add the ribs to the grill bone side down and cook for 30 minutes, then flip. Allow the ribs to cook for 30 minutes more meat-side down, then flip again. At this point, check the temperature of the ribs. If they have not reached ~180 degrees, continue flipping the ribs every 15-20 minutes.
3. Once the ribs reach about 180 degrees, brush them on all sides with your favorite bbq sauce. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches ~205 degrees, continuing to brush with more sauce as needed.
4. Once the ribs reach the previously mentioned internal temperature and the sauce has set, turn off the grill and remove the ribs.
5. Allow the ribs to rest for about 10 minutes, then serve & enjoy!
